Ensures the compliance needs for the Hospital and Long Term Care failities.
Provides direction, leadership, and educational needs to staff.
Provides financial expertise in the planning of new services and the expansion of existing services
promoting revenue growth.
Assists in the role in analyzing and exploring means of reducing cost including participation in
performance improvement.
Assumes the lead role in the oversight of the Accounting Department to ensure completion of work in
specified time frames according to departmental, division or policies.
Oversees the coordination and timely completion of month end close of financials for CFO, CEO and
Board of Directors.
Reviews and coordinates weekly and monthly financial projections and forecasting.
Ensures the internal controls are sound and documentation is complete.
Maintain and supervise revenue cycle employees with in the Accounting Department.
