Duties
• Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
• Provide clerical support including data entry, taking meeting minutes, and creating forms.
• Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication.
Experience
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
• Experience in taking meeting minutes is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
